The University or Higher Education Institution that wishes to host the organization shall complete the Application Form accurately and in full and submit its application accordingly. More than one institution may apply.
Applications are evaluated on the first evening of the most recently held Event, during a meeting convened after the final session. This meeting is attended by one representative from each University or Higher Education Institution participating in the Event, representing their respective Department of Public Administration.
Following deliberation and mutual agreement, the institution that will host the next organization is determined. The decision is announced on the website kayfor.org.tr.
