General Assessment of KAYFOR 28 and Resolutions Adopted Pinned

The 28th Public Administration Forum was successfully held under the auspices of Muş Alparslan University. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who contributed to the organization of KAYFOR 28 in a scientifically, academically, and institutionally productive environment, particularly the Rectorate of Muş Alparslan University, as well as the organizing committees, academic and administrative staff, participants, and all stakeholders involved in the process. During the first evening meeting held within the scope of KAYFOR 28, a number of important decisions were adopted regarding the future structuring of the KAYFOR and KAYSEM organizations. The meeting addressed issues concerning the hosting processes of events to be organized in the coming years, as well as the establishment of a more institutional framework for these organizations. The decisions adopted in this regard are presented below: 1. Hosting of KAYFOR to Be Held in 2027 It was decided that the Public Administration Forum to be held in Türkiye in 2027 will be organized under the auspices of Malatya Turgut Özal University. 2. Hosting of KAYFOR to Be Held in 2028 Regarding the hosting of KAYFOR to be held in Türkiye in 2028, Gaziantep University and Rize Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University were considered as candidate institutions. In this context, it was decided that the final decision would be made after evaluating the proposals to be submitted by the aforementioned universities through the Event Organization Application Form. 3. KAYSEM to Be Held in 2028 With regard to the KAYSEM organization to be held in 2028, it was decided that the proposal to be submitted by Rize Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University would be evaluated, and that the decision would be made accordingly. 4. Association-Building In order to place the KAYFOR and KAYSEM organizations within a more institutional, sustainable, and orderly structure, it was deemed appropriate to initiate the establishment process of an association, which will be responsible for these organizations. In this context, it was decided that Prof. Dr. Doğan Nadi LEBLEBİCİ, in his capacity as Founding President, would be authorized to carry out all procedures and transactions related to the establishment of the Association. Conclusion The decisions adopted at the meeting constitute an important step in planning the hosting processes of KAYFOR and KAYSEM organizations in the coming years and in conducting these organizations under an institutional framework. In particular, the decision authorizing the establishment of the Public Administration Science Association is of significance in terms of ensuring the sustainability of these events, strengthening their institutional memory, and enhancing their representational capacity within the academic field.
